Sonomax signs R&D License Term Sheet with Esterline Racal Acoustics for worldwide military market
MONTREAL, June 17/CNW Telbec/ - Sonomax Technologies Inc. (SHH:TSX Venture) is pleasedto announce that it has signed another in a series of Term Sheets thatit intends to enter into in 2010. The agreement is with Racal AcousticsLtd., a component of Esterline Technologies Corp. (NYSE:ESL). Under theterms of the agreement the parties have agreed to work towardestablishing an R&D License Agreement by July 15th, 2010,the object of which will be to evaluate then develop the use of SonomaxV4 earpiece technology ("Sonomax Outside") as the centerpiece in thedevelopment of a suite of military hearing protection and communicationapplications.
