MONTREAL, Jun 17, 2010 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- Sonomax Technologies Inc. (SHH:TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Term Sheet with Addvantech Limited. Under the terms of the agreement, the parties have agreed to work toward consummation of an R&D License Agreement by July 15, 2010. The object of the collaboration is the development of industrial and first responder push-to-talk communication applications centered around Sonomax V4 earpiece technology ("Sonomax Outside") and incorporating next generation "talk-through-the-ear" capabilities.
