On behalf of our entire team here at Sonomax Technologies, we would like to thank the 97 guests that attended this year’s Annual General Meeting held Thursday June 17th, 2010 here in Montreal.
The objective of this meeting was to comprehensively communicate to our shareholders where we have come from in the last year, what are current situation is, and how we realistically plan to achieve commercial success. At the root of this discussion was how the Company has driven to develop and refine the technology to a state of readiness that has induced major Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and High Volume Resellers (HVRS) to integrate V4 into their business planning. Our presentation also heavily focused on the business models, alliances, and business relationships that have been established to maximize and exploit our technological gains.
In terms of deliverables, we believe that shareholders left the meeting:

Confident in the technology;
- Satisfied as to the merits of the chosen business model;
- Up to date, and in many cases having met, with Sonomax’s network of strategic alliance and clients;
- Familiar with the metrics that have been created to evaluate progress;
- Excited about the business opportunity and our future.
