RE: $200 headband

RE: $200 headband

Private placements are only a last resort (i.e. worst case scenario), they don't expect to have to go down that route as they expect $2M (out of a total of $3.5M) of their outstanding warrants to be exercised during the summer on further announcements of agreements (i.e. ST Micro Electronics agreement being the most notable)

The Sales Manager ST Micro Electronics who presented at the AGM (as a Sonomax partner) said that a statement of works and a development agreement would be announced with Sonomax very shortly.

Nick confirmed that if these warrants are exercised Sonomax would have enough cash to take them as far as they would have to go.

As for Nick's salary you can find that in the Company's 2009 financials which were mailed out to all investors (around $100 - 150K from memory...not extravagant for a CEO/President).  Do you want him to work for free or something?

I listened to the podcast this morning and didn't hear Nick say that the price would be $200 (maybe I missed it)....I'm pretty sure he said it would be priced at around $129.  Remember they are not aiming at the mass market, they are aiming at the premium market (100 M units per year) for head phones.  They believe that if they can capture a small part of this market (10M units) they will be successful.  Another point to mention is that this is only the Consumer market, Sonomax's other markets are the Industrial, military and medical markets.

For anyone reading Horkalugi's comments (which of course he is allowed to make and our only his opinions) regarding the AGM, I suggest you listen to the Podcast yourself as you will find that it is very informative and a lot more positive than Horkalugi makes out.

For me Sonomax is still a STRONG BUY, with a significant uplift in the stock price expected during the summer with the announcement of the ST Micro Electronics agreements and the completion of Beta testing on the V4.
