So Nick threw out the "beta test" lure and you bit.  C'mon, beta testing refers to large complicated computer programs, not earbuds.  I seen his excuses before, then nothing or very little happens. 

Responsible with shareholders money?  Don't get me started down that road....let's go see the Grammies!

SHH is in discussions with a high volume reseller?  Now wouldn't/shouldn't the OEM be doing that?  Then this reseller sells to a retailer for a fee and the retailer marks the product up even further.  I dunno, seems to me a lot of fingers in that pie.
