Firstly, Sonomax is licensing this product out to the world in various different forms.  I think a buyout is very premature at this point.  The stock will soar over a $1 before any of that is even contemplated.

Patience is a virtue.  Sonomax may opt to release their contract news pre or post Oct 18th depending on which is more advantageous for them in terms of PR through this competition, followed my Xmas news.  There are alot of strategies to be played out in this game.  I believe the wait is very soon going to come to an end, and we'll all have a really really REALLY good Christmas and New Years!!! (or Holiday Season !)
