Sonomax Technologies Inc. (TSX Venture: SHH), the leading developer of custom-fitted earphones, is continuing its efforts to enter the retail marketplace immediately as an R&D licensing company. As previously announced, Sonomax's ultimate goal is to enter into licensed partnerships with manufacturers that can use "Custom-fit by SonomaxTM" technology to add value to their products. In execution of this strategy, Sonomax meets frequently with major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and High Volume Resellers (HVRS).
At such time, if any, as Sonomax enters into a license agreement or other arrangement with one or more of these potential clients, Sonomax will issue a press release in accordance with its continuous-disclosure obligations.
