Sculpted eye?

Sculpted eye?Sculpie, I think the solitude on Agoracom has finally gotten to you.  You think posting an eyeball will have any effect since your debating prowess sucks pond scum?  That is what sculpins do isn't it?  Dude, if that's your idea of intimidation, you can go back to your safe little bullboard you moderate on Agoracom.

It was mentioned that a mic was coming.  For $199 that should not have to be an option.  I think it was also mentioned that should a customer want assistance from the retailer that this was gonna come at a $30 premium.  I'm sure you still have to purchase the one use headband but charging anything for a customer to get an in store fit is just wrong.

Hey, here's an idea.  Develop a reuseable headband and have one or more at each store.  Should a customer wish to save the environment and use the reuseable headband, knock off $50.

It comes at no surprise that Nick is trying to sell this with the possible $30 surcharge for instore fitting.  This is the same type of pick pocketing they used years ago when they wanted to charge $10 -$15 for a proprietary annual hearing test.  $15 per test, times millions of sets of earplugs, Sonomax was gonna rake in millions.  Ya, right!

It would be interesting to know just how many units they are capable of making and how many they need to sell to break even.

"Hit the ground running", "strike while the pokers hot", are just two phrases that come to mind when I see what is unfolding at the CES.  Nick's had over 12 months.  They pulled every stall tactic known to man and probably are responsible for a few new ones.  Now, when they should be ready to ship product to retailers, they are extending the delay to spring.  I guess that's what can expect when you have a starstruck lawyer running the show.

Five months from now, when somebody mentions Sculptedeers, the only thing that will come to mind, for most, will be a statue of Bambi.
