They're able to do it, because there's alot of investors out there who are much more highly educated, much more experienced, and have a hell of alot more money than you do, AND believe in Sonomax's many products.

If you haven't followed what's been going on for the past year, i suggest you enlighten yourself by "reading" up on it. 

Convertible debentures have been executed to show more cash on Sonomax's balance sheet, and this will allow OEMs to move forward much quicker with the product.  Good news will follow this type of action.
