I am not sure I am following you two.  You are making the assumption that someone is there to negotiate a deal with.  I am not sure that is logical.  The product has been around for awhile now and they have only been able to convince  two companies to license the product.  One of those is Skullcandy and has done nothing in over a year.  They don't seem to be that interested in taking the product to market.  You also must remember that this esteemed board of directors are the same people  (with a couple exceptions) that watched Nick and Barry run this company into the ground.  They wasted millions and diluted the stock so bad that there is no chance of people ever getting their money back.   I wish you luck but don't count  on Nick doing you any favors.  Just be happy if he pays back his latest loan that SHH gave him.  He didn't pay back the last one but maybe  this time things are different.
