RE: Late day accumulation... I've agreed for a long time that there has been great potential, but again there is a long history of hype without results. Here's hoping that one of the three earbud manufacturers that signed LOIs is going to have a product to wow the CES with in January. If it is one, it would be Skullcandy I'd guess. I realize though, that further to its last announcement Sonomax's "core focus" is now hearing protection and communications products...ergo not entertainment buds.
Short of a totally new and desirable product being launched by someone of significance using SHH IP, or a large FIRM (signed with guaranteed cash) contract for hearing protection, there is no reason for a move in this SP, unless of course the whole market starts to move again.
My true first interest will be to see how much cash of the 3mil they raised was burnt...and if the company remains consistent in the reporting they've done lately, we'll find out the answer to that in just over a week.
