Sonomax has had numerous partners that were suppose to guide them and help them achieve mega sales. To date none have succeeded. All that has happened to date is the company keeps carving off significant chunks of the company while dramatically increasing the number of shares outstanding. I fail to see how this announcement is any different. Also how will Nick produce sales to keep the exclusivity when to date he has produced nothing? Levin has made off like a bandit. It's holiday sales time and where are the sales or even the store locations where Eers can be sold.
