RE: Exit strategy?????
RE: Exit strategy????? I am not sure that Valuelink Holdings and Made Holdings, LLC are the same entity, therefore potentially holding 39% in total. The press release refers to Valuelink as a Taiwanese company and, while I don't know about registering domain names, perhaps Made Holdings registered the Taiwanese co. in Florida as their agent in the US. The common shareholder between Made Global, Made Holdings, and Eyelevel Interactive is Mark A. DeMattei in Greensboro, Georgia but I couldn't find info on Valuelink to see if he is involved there. Not saying there isn't a business relationship, ie. mfr/aggregator and marketing firm, but perhaps not common ownership. I agree with you that both these parties have incentive to make sales, raise the stock price, etc. What about the Quebec gov't current attitude to foreign takeovers? Is there any connection to a hedge fund in the US which is putting this co. in play? Lots of questions in my mind but for now I'm staying in to see what happens. I wonder if the switch to the hearing protectors is because Klipsch or someone else is about to launch the headphones under their name. The Sonomax headphone was meant to be a "proof of concept" mkg. effort to get the technology into the headphones of others. Would be nice to see an announcement about that soon - otherwise I can't understand why they wouldn't try to gain momentum on the headphones rather than switching to another product. Hope we get more clarity soon!
