Money is a problem... hence a $10M deal. You are right, as I understand it the big boys like to see a minimum of 2 years solvency for them to strike a deal. I am not sure facilitate has ever shown that to be the case. This could be a reason for some deals not progressing. This is where the deal with Valuelink provides stability for potential deals. They may be able to show the financial stability that Sonomax can not. This may facilitate and foster they advancement of existing deals. These recent deals are IMO very positive steps in the right direction for the company; however, they do not IMO come without risk.
