I was quite happy when Dan Casey got hired. I thought things would have turned around. Do you know on what terms he left? 

Also, does anybody know the current head count of the company?

But, if the IP sale does go through, I think the stock should be worth at least 2 to 3 cents. But I really do not like the fishyness of the deal...i.e. who the heck is Valuelink and the connection between MADE.
