I see someone offering up $10M for 50% of an IP portfolio and I see that entire portfolio trading at 6M I understand that there is a $14M difference and that if this was taken out tomorrow my stock would be worth far more then 1.5 cents per share. Of course there is a pesky 100M share dilution comming with that deal. But what do I know right. In LALA land the company can get taken out for 100M and we would still only get 1.5 cents right? You are more familliar with that region then I perhaps you can explain the LALA math system for me? As far as the Christmass rally goes.... no CES this year. Just tax loss selling. And how many people dumped last year regardless of the CES show? You can't beat a dead horse. The CES did not generate the contracts and sales that where anticipated. The next big CES event for Sonomax will IMO be the launch of the bionic eer.
