In truth I think the company was never alive. All the missteps - just shake your head - as there are too many to count. We had access to some of the most promising - Virgin Records, the Grammys, celebrities at CES - and yet Nick never delivered a thing - just more shares.

I think all he is interested in is getting his name on a chair at Montreal University. Its ironic that he is in the hearing business because he has never once heard the shareholders - the suggestions and ideas were given; he simply ignored them. He was just carrying on the family business of making improvements in the hearing world - an academic, not a businessman. And since we trusted him - we all get to lose our hard earned dough.
