First, 19% goes to MADE Global Brands if they make some sales..blalalalala

Taiwan gets 100 million shares for maybe 10 million and 51% rights to Sonomax IP.  

What kind of stupid agreement is that and what happens to Sonomax after? Isn't this similar to the 3M stupidity.
