Financials - Familiarity - Future

On the financials: I could write a book analyzing them. Suffice to say that we have created our own "fiscal cliff."

Doesn't this all seem familiar?

This is not completely Nick's fault. IMHO he is just gullible, naive, and has been out of his realm for years. An okay promoter but not a business man. The reason that the company has gone traipsing on is squarely the fault of the weak board of the past and today.

IMHO the future requires drastic action, but the Board has no clue how to do it, or maybe worse, they've already agreed on their exit strategy, once the $10mill is in of course. I'm almost certain that the board is no longer delusional about the future. But then again with their history, maybe not.

Don't kid yourself.  It was members of the board who were pushing for this deal.  They lent the company all that money and saw that things are going nowhere and Sonomax is a complete failure.  They are just recouping the money they lent plus most likely a nice interest payment.  Sonomax is absolutely finished.  They have thrown in the towel and started piecing ...more

wdr2,   You gotta keep the faith my man.....you came on here telling us we were all negative idiots (need I remind you?)  We were all "paid bashers".......nope just upset shareholders who have been waiting far too long for some upside.  The products are great but that isn't the problem, it's getting them to market. The industrial hearing protection side is ...more

I completely agree. I believe Sonomax tried to get in bed with one of the big boys and it never happened. It could be either Sonomax was too greedy or maybe the big boys were too cheap. Personally, I think the big boys want Sonomax to perfect the product and iron out the manufacturing issues 100%. They do not want to invest big money in simply a prototype. Why jump in now, when you could make ...more

If you are looking for answers and facts don't bother asking the company since they've pretty much kept shareholders in the dark or mislead us for the past several years.

If you factchecked my previous post I would have called you a genius. Whoever goes gets some new data and posts it is also going to be called a genius. On the other hand, you could just post a whine like "kept us in the dark for years". There's a whiner born every second.

I did not actually check the who is of the domain names. I assumed they would be private.  But Made seems to own both domain names.

I am not sure if you noticed this: Registrant: MADE HOLDINGS, LLC I wonder if MADE global brands is that company behind Valuelink. Is so then they have a strong incentive to make Sonomax patents pay off for shareholders. The IP purchase gives Valuelink 20% in SHH and the MADE global deal gives them 19% for a total equity position of 39%. A quick scoop of 12% stock on the free market will ...more

Check this out: https://www.linkedin.com/company/made-holdings-llc-&-made-global-brands-llc We have a link between MADE Global brands and MADE holdings AND we also have a link between MADE holdings and Value Link. At 2 cents per share I am not at all eager for a buy out BUT I think its comming.... at 2 cents how many of us are going to be losers?
