bottom line imo

For me it boils down to this - we're at another holiday shopping season and eers are really no where to be found. Funny I thought in order to make some sales you actually need to have product available.

So what's this year's excuse - not enough marketing gurus on board? No product manufacturered to sell (although if I recall correctly we have a fulfillment outfit in the US - cant be too busy for us)? Nick on permanent vacation?

Seriously Nick - why aren't there are sales this holiday season. You do realize the goal is to sell product and not to be constantly issuing shares or selling portions of the business for SQUAT.

Have you got your Vegas ticket yet? That's always Sonomax's hype hightlight for the year - promise of lots of potential customers, lots of free giveaways to hanger ons. Lots of useless promo videos on youtube channels of excited geeks getting their custom eers (or in the past sculpted eers and of course there was a third name before that). So what can you offer this year Nicky boy - your resignation would be nice.

Several months ago Sononmax notified shareholders via news release that they woudl be returning to thier core hearing protection business. With that news I am not sure why you where expecting a big push into the christmass retail season with eers. Sure, it woudl be nice but very expensive, more so if it tried and it had nto worked. By focusing on the hearing protections Sonomax will obtain large ...more

So is it your view that Sonomax is no longer looking to sell eers?

It is my view that Sonomax will head up only the sales for hearing protection to industry, millitary, and government contracts and MADE Global will head up commercializing the eers technology through ODM's and OEM's. The brand eers is a question mark. As I understand it eers was never supposed to be an ongoing brand. It was a test run so to speak to prove that consumers would buy it, that ...more

Your comment : "As I understand it eers was never supposed to be an ongoing brand. It was a test run so to speak to prove that consumers would buy it, that the technology worked with minal returns, to prove that it could be mass produced, etc etc. The trial run has proven these things" Makes me question if you are an insider or alias for Nick. Seriously - eers was never going to be an ...more

Well, if you put 2 and 2 together.... The goal of Sonomax has been and still is to generate deals with OEM's. They have decided to farm that out to Made Global as I understand it.  It is far more lucrative to license a product and have others manufacture, market and sell it then to do it alone and try to build a market share from scratch. Sonomax has made their intent to be a licensing ...more

Well I guess, when after 5+ years you've got zero sales you are forced to keep changing your story. Nick's been good at that one. All that is apparent is that this stock has been a dog - we'll be lucky to avoid de-listing ad bankruptcy given the amazing skills of management and the board. We still have no idea of the value of all these so called great OEM contracts - other than the ...more
