I have to agree with Primed...and that is rare.
As a newbie, you're at a point that we experienced years back. Sure the potential has always been there.
But management sucks. They've been to NAMM more often than regular soldiers. They go in with all guns a blazing and flowing locks like Jack Reacher in his early days. The problem has been knee jerk reactions to snake oil salesmen with a plan to market their wares. They've been duped countless times, and sadly most often by real losers and/or competitors that had little reason to market someone else's goods.
The amount of re-financing they've had to do to cover-up their mistakes is now a huge financial burden and hence they have finally bowed to the lowest and possibly last attempt at surviving, selling their IP.
Only divine intervention or an ephinany by the Board of Directors will change the inevitable downfall of SHH. We're flying without controls and are falling fast.
