What is your take on this?I remember seeing this a long time ago but the price was so low I thought it was a non-issue. I have held this name since Soverign Chief days BTW. Due to the nature of SXN (and the Venture) it can be taken a few different ways. I think that all the warrants went to insiders and the .35 price may be irrelevant come Dec 2010. If it were a true open market offering it may be a different story meaning that the price would be held around here with some selling pressure when they become free trading.
The .35 may be a gift to the insiders and this is being pumped while still below the radar.
Thoughts?
