If you take a look at Bonanza's website you will see that Steve Moore joined the board of directors on June 28, 2010. Steve Moore is the ex CFO at Saxon while Rich Green was there.
Something is up for sure. Either this is a way for Saxon to get control over AleAnna or all the ousted management to get back at the new management.
