Let's do the math ?

Let's do the math ?So i bought in at 2.80 because after having read several write ups and after having spoken to my investment advisor I was expecting a 4.00 stock within 3 months....we are already at 3.50....but to my pleasant surprise i only read about the possible 1 dollar dividend  that may materialize in Dec 2010 if control is handed over to ARMZ..Hence , the math would be as follows:

Original investment                                                     2.80
===
Capital gain(assume 4 bucks is achieved)           1.20
Dividend received by AMRZ                                       1.00
-------
TOTAL GAIN BEFORE TAX                                          2.20
====

RATE OF RETURN BEFORE Tax                             2.2/2.8 = 79%
= ===

That would be incredible...what's the risk here?
