UUU vs UEX

UUU vs UEXI am not a big investor but want to add a Uranium stock to my portfolio (currently I have none). 
I am looking at UUU and UEX.  Can someone tell me the basic differences between the 2 and what
the advantages are buying one over the other ? - thanks
