RE: P/E those are the traditional arguments for the P/E disparity.
However, Cameco feels that DIVERSIFYING into Kazakhstan is something worth bragging about. Check their website under the mining tab. The worries about Russia and Kazakhstan may well be founded but when you look at UUU's growth strategy it is more and more becoming a longer term play that is part of a much more integrated fold. I guess what you have to ask yourself is this: Are the Kazakhs really going to steal these mines from the Russians and are the Russians really going to treat this potential cash cow as a quick pump and dump? I think not!!
