The company is more valuable because ARMZ did not simply get more shares given to it for nothing. ARMZ brought assets and cash to the table that have independently been valued as being accretive in exchange for those new shares. Value was created in those assets coming to UUU and helping position UUU for better opportunities, not the flotation of free shares for ARMZ.
And how can the company possibly be more valuable "at the shareholders expense?" LMAO!! That has got to be the bashers' oxymoron of the decade!!
No need to get so upset. By the way, I thought UUU was off your list after you dumped it... or did you? Come on, you can tell us.
