Yeah, like you and Pap are not playing that game yourselves.
Let's paint the picture.  
Pap and Blade are sitting across from each other on their computers in Mommy's basement.  
Pap:  Blade, are you ready to press "post"?
Blade:  Yes Pap, I am sending it now.  Then send yours.
Pap:  Can you make sure that I get lots of points for my post when mine comes up?  
Blade:  Oh yes Pap.  Those numbers are really neat.   
Pap:  Oh Blade, we've really got them all fooled, don't we?
Blade:  I just hope that nobody notices the time stamps and sees our ratings that we have given each other.
Pap:  Blade, how did you get so smart?
Blade:  SHHH, I think my Mom's coming and I don't want to get another spanking.
