If the company were in pre-production or needed money or was in need of something that they were missing , then it might concern me but they seem to be running on auto pilot with uranium going up so no concern here. In fact I think it could be a major positive. Firstlly we gain an former IR guy which I think is very important in selling the "story" and secondlly sometimes this type of change is a signal of something big to come ,like  a buy out, or combination Etc. Long and strong here.
