Fact is, everyone knows that this industry is a good one and is waiting for the right moment to pull the trigger...
Pap, glad to see that you finally did so.
LouE, what happened to the days where you sounded like a long term holder with an investment strategy?  
Is it really possible to outguess this situation?  I think not.  
The bets have to be placed on the macro picture.  Is nuclear energy a growth industry or not?  (I think we all know what the answer is)
