RE: $4.50 target very near....not risking it....I would think over $5 by next week is fairly safe to assume unless there are further negative development in Japan.  We were over $6 before recent events and investors are realizing just how important nuclear power is to the energy mix and that today's technology is far safer in the new generation plants!
