RE: Registration of Prospectus for Offering of BonGotta say, this takes me a bit by surprise. I have been under the impression that the Russians have wanted UUU to be a growth vehicle that would give them access to western capital markets. This is what they have been telling investors here.
If that is true, why only float these bonds in Russia? At first glance, this seems sort of fishy...
