Short term you could be right but look at where UUU has been,  3.25 in the last 12 months.  They will be above that range by year end on the anticipation that the Russia will stop selling the converted Uranium.  Big money in the US is playing this angle so expect many uranium stocks to edge up after labor day.  GLTAL
