I put in a 5 dollar ask on my shares.....meaning I'll vote no. I hope ARMZ gets the message. Even if they paid us 5, they are still going to make a load of money from the spot prices moving up this year. 

I hope all retail and institutional investor give them a big fat NOOOOOOOO!
