It's listed on the TSX. Its head office is in Canada. Most of the investors are Canadian. Therefore, it makes it a Canadian issue. Do you think this passes the smell test? Why did three of the board members obstain from voting? Do you think this is a fair offer? If this was listed on the Russian Exchange, do you think any of us would invest in it? Understand?
