RE: How does this mesh? Great find Howdy! I think each and every one of us should include this press release in our complaints made here (https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/documents/en/Investors/frm_20100818_complaint_en.pdf). They are definitely in conflict.
I personally don't think shareholders should accept any offer made right now as it would not be in their best interests. This stock has massive potential going forward. Don't accept this offer and don't accept anything unless it's through the moon great. ARMZ stands to make us all look foolish within a short period of time here. Give them the shaft as they are attempting to give you.
