RE: To Sell or Not to Sell???

RE: To Sell or Not to Sell???

Not selling.  Not redistributing money until they remove the shares from my accounts.  THIS COMPANY  SHOULD NOT BE PRIVATE.  It is not beneficial to us as shareholders in the near or long term.  It is not benefical to the world to have the second largest U308 producer to be in the private hands of anyone let alone the Russians.  I know it's not politically correct to say this but that country is saturated with ruthless corruption.  Say what you will about that comment but it's the truth.  All countries have it but it runs deep there.

This aside it would be a NO vote to privatization regardless of who was trying to do it.  Vote NO on all offers.  The next couple of years will prove extremely positive for you.  Or you can not use your rights as shareholders and let ARMZ and Russia walk away with a MINT.  I'd prefer to have the mint for myself.

Think of how many times you have to be right and pick a winning stock with the poceeds from this deal to come close to the amount of a fair valuation or a future valuation of this company.  The odds are stacked against you.  You own shares in a great company in a sector that will perform outstandingly in the near future.  Don't just let them take that from you.  To do so would be unwise!
