PeachBanana, why would voting yes or no effect wether you are in 'price limbo'?  As long as you hold shares, the way you vote isn't going to effect your rights.  I voted no, there is no price limbo. I can sell now at the the current price or I can wait for the deal to close and have my shares automactically tendered at the deal price.  Voting yes, would do absolutely nothing to alter that.
