RE: Urasia offering a record for TSX-V, What is the criteria for deciding whether to list on the TSX Venture or TSX? Is it based on capitalization or are the regulatory costs less cumbersome on the Venture? It is really that important as long as the stock goes up but I was just curious. I guess the good ones on the Venture eventually are absorbed into TSX listed companies.
