Considering share price is extremely low, and if the earnings report is good then they stand to make some good money when it goes up. Do you think they're waiting just before earnings to buy in order to drastically increase volume and squeeze out the shorts? Is there a site that allows someone to look at the insider trading of the company?

You're right, there have been no Insider purchases at least for 6 months. Firstnet believes they have been in blackout since 2015. In essence they can't buy now, but they won't Friday either.
