employee compensation
Just received voting material for AGM.
Looks like (unless I misread the material) the higher ups in the company are veing paid close to 1 million $ per year.
Hope the business plan supports this and the share price runs up.

Not only very high annual payment but very generous or punishing compensation equivalent to 3 years salary & benefits if removed/fired/let go. Whole board of directors & top management have less than 2% stock holding. So skin in the game.
