Shareholder rights plan.....This is something along the line of what the Board should put in place going forward
" a shareholder plan to prevent any shareholder from accumulating more than a 20-per-cent ownership stake."
This is what POT did in their BHP hostile takeover bid
Farhad and Board, please start considering doing this sooner than later..I want this either going to production or getting bought out at a premium ($15+)
