Interesting article about how countries around Somalia are helping the government of Somalia try to regain some control over the country. If there is ever going to be hope that the pirate situation around the Horn of Africa getting resolved, it will only happen once there is a functioning government in Somalia that can regain control of the country.

Rather than question about the stability of the Ethiopian government, we should be encouraged that it is a somewhat stabilizing force in the area.
