And, when they state "Majors and State Owned Miners active in the area (production before year-end)" they mean that the Majors and State Owned Miners will be in production, not FED. They, again according to their presentation, will only be half way through a feasibility study. I hardly think they'd start producing while still deciding if it was even feasible.
