Allana Potash Afar???
Allana Potash Afar???Find the following in the AIF report interesting. Curious to know how this would affect a BUY OUT, what is the separation or relationship between Allana Potash Corp and Allana Potash Afar PLC. Would this in some way protect Allana and sh's to the Argentina property as not being part or included in a BUYOUT. It could also be a corporation they require for operational purposes only, i.e. employers, permits, licensing, etc.
On April 8, 2011, the Corporation incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Allana Potash Afar
PLC (“Allana Ethiopia”). Allana Ethiopia is incorporated pursuant to the Commercial
Registration and Business license proc. No. 67/1997 and Federal Regulation No. 13/1997 and its head and registered office is located at Bole Kifle Ketema, Kebele 05, Robel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
