(Mrs Sauga)Mississauga, I believe you are referring to a term in the industry as "wash" trades, whereby the same person selling to him/herself within the same broker-dealer or in combination of other broker-dealers. This is an illegal practice. 100% owners of corporations selling/buying with themselves is a violation of IIROC's UMIR 2.2 rule.
The concept of Dundee buying & Anonymous selling as 'crosses' must involve different clients or otherwise will be in violation of that rule.
Dundee has a lot at stake so I can't see them doing that.
Now, which leads me to think that of the 15mm shares moved from Anonymous to Dundee over that 30 day period, someone wants out or someone wants in.
I think Farhad has his cronies working overtime to fill the position; in other words, I believe the Chinese or Indians are the 'silent' JV buyers thru Dundee & Dundee has arranged to find the sellers using Anonymous.
Just my thoughts, tho.
I find this extremely intriguing.
We'll find out shortly - Dec 6th AGM.
