To add further comment to the short positions in Allana, I extracted this from the previous post that leads me to wonder about the arbitrage trading that exists with AAA trading -

``(c) for an arbitrage account and the seller knows or has reasonable grounds to
believe that an offer enabling the seller to cover the sale is then available and
the seller intends to accept such offer immediately`.

 

Given the activity-trading by brokers - Anonymous & Jitney - where both could be Arbitrage trading, this might apply.
