Frank, Diane Walters is the head of Liberty Metals & Mining Holdings.

BY IMF, ddid you meant IFC (International Finance Corporation)? If yes, they are not considered officially as insider because they don't own at least 10% of the shares of Allana (need to be either part of the company or hold 10% of the shares to be considered an insider).
