RE: Yara to buy Allana? Who needs water?

RE: Yara to buy Allana? Who needs water?

Scotiabank put out a Daily Edge Intraday Flash yesterday titled "Five Reasons We Think Yara Could Buy Allana.

The reasons are:

1) Yara is short up to 2.5M mt of potash annually

2)Yara and Allana effectively share the same property

3)Yara continues to show appetite for potash in Ethiopia

4)Yara has capital to spend, while Allana needs a financial partner.

5) Yara has a solid distribution network already established in India.

Scotiabank does not follow Allana but does follow Yara.

Interesting stuff,

C-Ice
