Rough estimate = $560-600 million

Rough estimate = $560-600 million

I tried to calculate how much money Allana would gain with the tax reduction from 35% to 25% using the table on "Discounted Cash Flow Model for Allana's" on page 227 (of the PDF) of the BFS. This is only a rough estimate but I believe that over the mine life, Allana will gain in extra between $560 and 600 million (about $35-40 million per year). The "After Tax NPV @10% (discount rate)" shown on page 13 of the corporate presentation would be $1.8-1.9 billion (instead of $1.32 billion).

This tax reduction should be a nice incentive for Yara to make a decision about their project (if they have a positive BFS).
